I’m Mia Burch, a full-time Delaware REALTOR® with more than 18 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, relocating families, downsizers, and clients navigating complex real estate transactions throughout New Castle County and beyond.

Delaware Is Not One Real Estate Market

One of the mistakes consumers sometimes make is assuming that “the Delaware market” moves as one market.

It does not.

New Castle County can behave very differently from Kent County.

Kent can behave very differently from Sussex.

Even within New Castle County, pricing, demand, inventory, competition, schools, property type, neighborhood, condition, and location can dramatically change the strategy.

My work regularly takes me throughout Delaware, with particular experience in:

Hockessin • Wilmington • Newark • Bear • Middletown • New Castle County

as well as selected relocation, investment, and residential transactions throughout Kent and Sussex Counties.
