As a highly experienced realtor, Kelley has been working with clients in residential home sales for over a decade.  She has developed and refined a process to help clients in both good and bad markets. Her mantra is the adage, “Knowledge is power.“ Selling or buying a home should be an exciting ,rewarding experience. When clients are completely prepared and knowledgeable about their home’s market, they can make more informed decisions.”   

“First, we determine the profile of the buyer. Who is buying in your neighborhood and where are they are coming from? What are they looking for? Based on that information we determine how to set your home apart from the competition.” 

Kelley’s Master’s Degree in theater and speech from the University of Delaware, has equipped her with a valuable skillset that can be directly applied to the real estate process. This becomes apparent during the initial preparation of a client’s homes for the market.  Applying her expertise in marketing she can design and stage a home to create the vision of “a lifestyle “ that attracts buyers.   

Prior to entering real estate, Kelley appeared in national television and commercials for Pepsi, Kodak, Chevy and Pizza Hut. She understands how attention to even the smallest of details can have a significant impact. This understanding also drives her marketing skills in print, video and social media creating a “total package” approach.”   Kelley was recognized by the leading real estate news source RISMedia, recognized out of over 2 million real estate agents as being an RISMedia Trendsetter based on her unique comprehensive approach to real estate.  

A strategic digital, print and person to person marketing plan is one part of the equation, another component is derived from her training in speech and presentational skills. Immediately after graduation, Kelley was the speech coach for the ambassadors of Cambodia, Japan, Argentina and France. “Powerful negotiating skills are critical. Understanding how to create and deliver an argument can win the day“. Understanding real estate analytics and market forces will build a strong foundation, but people skills and embracing the art of listening, set her apart.
