About Ayesha

My name is Ayesha Mir I am a real estate for two reasons (and two reasons only)

1) Nothing makes me happier than finding a dream home for an individual or family and

2) To give someone a real opportunity to invest in properties that can help them build cash flow and/or leave a legacy for their families for years to come.

You see, as a child, I didn't have either one: a family home to call my own and very little money When I came to state in 1975 from India,I was determined to find a way --a way to live American dream and work really hard to do it.

And so, I did

My family and I created the first Indian vegetarian restaurant in Washington, DC that grew to three I was the chef, manager, and chief -bottle -washer seriously worked my butt off.

But that hard work allowed my family and I to buy our first home in Silver Spring Maryland a few years later That is a day I will never forget A moment of amazement that someone who came from nothing could make it happen.

Over the years I moved on to different industries from franchise restaurant management to network engineering to now owing a family dry cleaners Through that time my family and I were able to purchase 5 additional homes to build a portfolio for investment for our children and I have learned every lesson you could imagine from being a landlord to a property manager.

I decided a few years ago that with all I have done up to now, I find such joy in helping individual and families find the home of their dream and help them build investment portfolios --so that they can start to have the security in way I never experienced growing up until now.
